SPEED provides easy-to-access indicators, across countries and over time for the Europe and Central Asia (ECA) region for three main groups of SP programs: social insurance, labor market policies, and social assistance. The expenditure database also includes social care services and general subsidies, and the performance includes information on private transfers.
Detailed administrative data on social protection spending and number of beneficiaries.
Indicators based on survey data for social protection programs, such as coverage and targeting for the total population or subgroups such as quintiles, genders and age groups.
