Has Sub-Saharan Africa’s high economic growth translated into improvements in children’s access to education, health and infrastructure? This report discusses how these opportunities have evolved in the 2000s in 20 Africa countries, and finds that encouraging progress has been made and gaps between countries have narrowed.
