WASHINGTON, March 15, 2017 - The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors approved the following project:
India - National Hydrology Project
IBRD Loan: US $175 million equivalent
Terms: Maturity = 23 years, Grace = 6 years
Project Description: The project will strengthen the capacity of institutions to assess the water situation in their regions and reduce their vulnerability to recurring flood and droughts, saving hundreds of lives and livelihoods.
