Project Description: The objective of the project is to address the unanticipated financing gap resulting from Tropical Cyclone Pam, support the government of Tuvalu in its post-disaster recovery, and ensure that reforms supported by the Second Development Policy Operation remain on track and are implemented without the risk of delay due to competing capacity or budgetary priorities arising from post-disaster recovery.
