The objective of the project is to improve the efficiency of delivery and access to selected administrative services in Albania. Specifically, the project will support: enhancing back-end systems, including business process re-engineering and automation; enhancing citizen interface, including improving front offices, creation of one-stop shops, and access to information; and improving government’s capacity to deliver.
