Project Description: The development objective of the Brazil's Recife Education and Public Management Project is to expand coverage of improved early child education, create conditions more conducive to learning in primary and lower secondary schools, and improve municipal public management. The funding will help the implementation of a multi-sectoral early child education, and will promote the professional development of the municipal teaching force.
