Project Description: The objective of this project is to contribute to strengthening the Government of Senegal's policy making and institutional capabilities to improve the environment for private investment. The funding will also help improve access to basic services, mitigate social and environmental vulnerabilities and promote better governance through public financial management, procurement and debt management.
