Project Description: The objective of the project is to assist the poor in overcoming poverty, especially the poorest marginalized groups such as the disabled and most vulnerable. This will be accomplished through assisting institutions in building their support ability and funding productive livelihood-related investments at the village level. In addition, the project will assist in strengthening project teams at the state and district levels to extend support to the villages.
