Project Description: The development objective of the Sustainable Water Project is to improve sustainable water supply and sanitation services for the population residing in the Capibaribe river basin. This will result in a reduction in the percentage of served population subject to water rationing in the area and a reduction of pollution load discharged by the municipalities targeted by the project’s wastewater investments.
