Project Description: The project will help increase the population’s access to health services in the three most disadvantaged provinces through: (i) strengthening community-based service delivery; (ii) scaling up outreach services; and (iii) improving and expanding facility-based services. The project will help strengthen the capacity of the health sector to reduce the incidence of TB, improve treatment continuity, and increase cure rates; and strengthen the capacity of the Ministry of Health in effective case management of malaria.
