PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project will support the upgrading of riverside slums in the city of Recife, Pernambuco, in Brazil’s Northeastern region. The project will directly benefit over 225,000 inhabitants of low-income areas, by improving housing, health, education and employment through more and better urban services.
