PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project will assist Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) to strengthen the capacity of its state and entity institutions in delivering a more efficient and effective agricultural services and support programs. It will also help accelerate the country’s eligibility to access money under the European Union Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance for Rural Development (IPARD).
