PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project aims to establish and operationalize a decentralized, participatory, and transparent financing mechanism that empowers local government and communities to provide better and equitable local service delivery. The project will achieve its objective through community empowerment, capacity building (planning, managerial, financial and technical), investments in socioeconomic projects, and social cohesion activities.
