PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will, on an emergency basis, assist the Government to reconstruct part of the country’s devastated infrastructure. These actions will help revive the economy by restoring vital transport links throughout the country. It will also improve living conditions in the capital, Monrovia, by restoring and expanding bulk water supply services.
