The Scaling Climate Action by Lowering Emissions (SCALE) umbrella fund is a new World Bank Group partnership that will catalyze transformative climate action through emission reductions programs. SCALE builds on the experience of World Bank Group initiatives that use results-based climate finance as an innovative tool to help countries achieve their national climate goals and generate high-quality, high-integrity emission reductions.
