Cash Management: Lessons Learned from Country Experiences

The recent COVID-19 pandemic led to steep unanticipated revenue declines, as public spending pressures increased, posing significantly challenging for cash management. A working paper, Cash Management: How Do Countries Perform Sound Practices?, discusses cash flow forecasting and cash management practices in 24 countries at different income levels and technical capacity and draws important lessons learned for other countries. 

During this webinar, the authors present their findings, and other discussants provide insightful comments.
