A joint forum by the Confederation of Asian and Pacific Accountants (CAPA), the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the World Bank themed "Public and Private Sector Financial Management - Global Trends, Regional Implications, Local Impacts". This one-day forum, attended by over 70 delegates, was held alongside the Philippine Public Sector Roundtable event and the meeting of CAPA's Public Sector Financial Management Committee. The Forum and Roundtable events were hosted by the ADB.
