The Capital Markets and Corporate Governance Service Line (FCMCG) hosted jointly with the World Bank Treasury the Implementing Debt Management Strategies Workshop in Vienna on June 18-22, 2012. The workshop was part of a two-week program comprising a one-week course on "Designing Government Debt Management Strategies" (led by the Treasury) followed in the second week by a course (led by CMP) on the "Implementing Government Debt Management Strategies." Highly rated by over 300 debt managers from Ministries of Finance and Central Banks that attended this program in previous years, the 2012 Vienna workshop brought together 29 additional participants from 21 countries.
