Before signing his/her Letter of Appointment (LOA), a new appointee is required to read:
By signing the LOA, the appointee acknowledges that s/he has received, read, understood, and accepted the documents listed above.
The new appointee must fill the Household Registration form with required supporting documents. HR Operations will update the appointee’s insurance information on the first day that s/he reports for duty.
