HR Operations, a dedicated team of HR professionals, provides consultative services to staff, dependents, and retirees via email, phone, and walk-in support. These consultations enable our clients to better understand World Bank Group policies and processes related to services, such as: Joining the Bank, Career & Life Events, Insurance Matters, G4 Visa, Financial Support, and Leaving the Bank. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT (posted March 20, 2020) Effective immediately, HR Operations G building consultations will be held via telephone or webex for Visa and Benefit inquiries. Please use the Meet HR link on MyHR to schedule an appointment. A team member will contact you directly at your scheduled appointment time.
