Enroll in Retiree Group Term Life Insurance - CO Staff

Summary

Country office (CO) staff with life insurance coverage are eligible to enroll in the Retiree Group Term Life Insurance program upon retirement from the World Bank Group.

Refer to the forms below to enroll:

The election to enroll must be submitted to HR Operations on or before the last day of active service.

The Bank Group's Group Life Insurance policy number is 910.M52.

Submit the retirement request via the ‘Resignation or Retirement' action.

Send the Ending Employment package to the staff member.

Complete the Cigna Group Life Insurance Portability Election form which is provided in the Ending Employment package.

Send the completed form to Cigna to the address indicated on the form.

Send an email enrollment notification to the staff member.
