Since December 2015 the Water Supply and Sanitation Improvement Project (WaSSIP) has been helping extend access to safe drinking water and sanitation and improving hygiene behavior of nearly 700,000 people in urban, rural, and estate areas in 7 districts of Sri Lanka.
