They come from different countries. They speak different languages. But they are all tackling some of Sub-Saharan Africa’s toughest challenges, including finding a job. Last November, we launched a region-wide #Blog4Dev competition, and asked the youth to help us answer this question: What will it take to enhance the skills needed to prepare Africa’s youth for the digital economy and the future of work? 23 winners came to Washington D.C. to attend the Spring Meetings 2019 and present their ideas and solutions to experts, policymakers, and African leaders.
