The World Bank announced an issue of SWF 300 million (about US$ 193 million) two-year Swiss franc notes to central banks, other governmental institutions and international organizations. The Notes, which will mature on October 15, 1990, have a 4-3/16 percent coupon payable annually, and an offering price of par. They were offered during the period of September 14 to 21, 1988. Allocations were made on September 23.
The proceeds of the new offering will refinance a similar issue maturing on October 15.
