The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development announced in New York today that holders of its Twenty-Five Year Bonds of 1951, due March 1, 1976, may exchange their bonds for definitive bonds of the same issue at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York on and after June 10. Definitive bonds will be available in bearer coupon form in the denominations of $1,000, $10,000 and $100,000 and in fully registered form in the denominations of $1,000 or any multiple of $1,000. Holders of temporary bonds may obtain forms requesting such exchange from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, 33 Liberty Street, New York 45, New York.
