Project Objectives Description: The parent project objectives are to: improve utilization of quality primary health care (PHC) and strengthen capacity of institutions which are critical to quality PHC. The parent project has been under implementation for twelve months. This AF is requested to fill the financing gap created by the activation of the Contingent Emergency Response Component (CERC) on April 29, 2020 in response to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) emergency in the country.
