Grenada - Caribbean regional air transport connectivity project

WASHINGTON, May 28, 2020 - The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors today approved the following project:

GRENADA - CARIBBEAN REGIONAL AIR TRANSPORT CONNECTIVITY PROJECT

IDA Credit: US$ 17 million equivalent

Project Description: The Grenada - Caribbean regional air transport connectivity project aims to improve operational safety and navigation efficiency of air transportation. It will also increase the climate and disaster resilience of Maurice Bishop International Airport and strengthen Grenada’s capacity in civil aviation and airport management.
