WASHINGTON, June 13, 2017 - The World Bank’s Board of Executive Directors today approved the following projects:
Afghanistan - Urban Development Support Project
IDA Grant: US$20 million equivalent
Project ID: P147147
Project Description: The Project Development Objectives are to (i) create an enabling policy framework and enhance urban policy making capacity in relevant agencies at the national level; and (ii) strengthen city planning, management and service delivery capacity in five Provincial Capital Cities (PCCs).
