Afghanistan Rural Access Project - Additional Financing
IDA Grant: US$105 million equivalent

Project Description: The Project Development Objective is to enable: (a) rural communities to benefit from all-season road access to basic services and facilities, and (b) an early emergency response in the event of an eligible crisis or emergency.
