Integrated Habitat and Housing Project
IBRD Loan: US$200 million
Terms: Maturity = 32.5 years, Grace = 7 years

Project Description: The objective of the program is to increase access to formal housing by supporting the first nationwide housing subsidy program. The project also seeks to improve living conditions in selected precarious urban settlements by providing access to basic services, public spaces and community infrastructure.
