Project Description: The objective of this project is to support policy development and prepare the foundation for the legal and regulatory reforms needed to support sector liberalization. The overall program is expected to increase the availability of telecommunications infrastructure and enable the more widespread application of ICT services supporting improvements in economic and social development.
