Project Description: The objective of the project is to fund and cost-effective water pollution control practices in Guangli river catchment of Dongying Municipality, contributing to pollution reduction in the Bohai Sea. There are four components to the project. The first component of the project is wetland construction and sluice gate operation optimization. The second component of the project is agricultural pollution control and rural waste management. The third component of the project is capacity building and policy studies. The fourth component of the project is project management and implementation support.
