Project Description: The proposed grant will facilitate the clearance of Guinea‘s arrears to IDA, which is required in order to restore normal relations between Guinea and the World Bank. The grant‘s program development objective is to strengthen financial management, efficiency and accountability in the public sector and to increase transparency in the mining sector.
