Project Description: The objective of the project is to improve access to, and satisfaction with, basic and social infrastructure and services, and income-generating opportunities for residents of targeted disadvantaged urban areas in Haiti. The additional financing will help defray the costs associated with additional project activities in response to the January 12, 2010 earthquake.
