Project Description: The objective of the project is to help the Palestinian Authority (PA) continue to support efforts to strengthen their fiscal position and increase government transparency and accountability. In the next year the Ministry of Finance expects to include an annex to the 2011 budget that provides detailed financial information for all major development expenditures.
