Project Description: The Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Capacity Building and Economic Governance Project for Cape Verde aims to assist the Government in its efforts to reduce the cost of doing business, diversify the target regions receiving foreign investments and enhance opportunities of small and medium enterprises to access public procurement.
