Project Description: The project will improve the technical efficiency and financial sustainability of the Project Implementing Entity, improve access to water supply and sanitation services for urban consumers in Lusaka, Kafue, Chongwe and Luangwa districts, and strengthen the effectiveness of national water supply and sanitation planning.
