Project Description: This project aims to support the government of Mexico’s environmental reform program, which intends to integrate environmental considerations in the policies and programs of six economic sectors: tourism, energy, forests, water, agriculture and housing. With this financing, the government is on its way to accomplish its environmental goals through the implementation of sectoral reforms focused on key concerns, such as reducing water and air pollution, promoting the efficient use of water and energy, and the conservation of forest resources and land.
