Project Description: The Third Programmatic Development Policy Loan (DPL) for Sustainable Development Project (SusDevDPL III) for Colombia aims to support the government of Colombia’s efforts to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). It particularly supports Goal seven which seeks to ensure environmental sustainability. The SusDevDPL III continues efforts to prepare critical sustainable development policies, strengthen Sistema Nacional de Ambiente (SINA) agencies, and implement a system to monitor regional and national environmental performance.
