PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This single-tranche Infrastructure Development Policy Loan (IDPL) is the first in a proposed series of programmatic IDPLs to support a carefully selected subset of Indonesia’s broader reform agenda on infrastructure, focusing on: (i) central government infrastructure expenditures; (ii) sub-national government infrastructure spending; (iii) public-private partnerships; and (iv) cross-sector infrastructure support such as land acquisition, environment and procurement reform.
