PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project aims to improve the performance and sustainability of water supply, wastewater, and solid waste services in medium-sized cities in Liaoning. Enhanced wastewater and solid waste services will also help reduce pollution into the Bohai Sea and improve the sea water quality.
