PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project seeks to enhance competitiveness, which is an important driver of growth and therefore of poverty reduction. The program will build on past competitiveness efforts by strengthening new and existing programs, as well as promote a comprehensive, cross-governmental approach to improving productivity in order to accelerate growth and increase export and employment levels.
