The hybrid Early Market Engagement (EME) Workshop will outline the proposed approach to the procurement of the abovementioned contract, share key technical and commercial requirements and seek comments from potential bidders on the proposed approach and arrangements. Based on the comments and feedback received from this EME workshop, the PMU will finalize the bidding documents accordingly. The bidding process is expected to be launched in July 2025.
