April 22, 2025 - The global IDA Forum at the 2025 Spring Meetings focused on progress and reflections from IDA20 to IDA21. It was attended by more than 150 participants from about 40 countries and moderated by Ndidi Nwuneli, President/CEO of the ONE Campaign.

IDA is working on a policy and financial package for its 21st replenishment, known as IDA21. This process began in December 2023 and will conclude in December 2024.
Since April 2024, IDA has worked with civil society partners to gather feedback on IDA21's strategic directions through Regional IDA Forums in all the World Bank’s seven operational regions. Global IDA forums were also held in April during the Spring Meetings and in October at the Annual Meetings.

The final Global IDA Forum took place in Washington, DC, on October 22, 2024 to update civil society partners on the IDA21 policy architecture and the Scorecard.
