TICAD VI Follow-up Seminar: Business Prospects in Africa and Support Schemes
November 16, 2016Tokyo

Together with the African Development Bank (AfDB) External Representation Office for Asia and African Diplomatic Corps (ADC), UNIDO ITPO Tokyo will organize TICAD VI Follow-up Seminar on 16 November 2016 at the United Nations University in Tokyo.

Following the TICAD VI which was successfully held last August in Africa for the first time, while a momentum of promoting private investment in Africa among Japanese companies has heightened, the captioned seminar will be held to further contribute to the post TICAD process.

The seminar will feature public organizations’ achievements during TICAD VI and their various schemes to help the private sector, and Japanese companies’ experience who took part in the conference and side events in Nairobi. It is particularly expected to be a catalytic occasion to share outcomes of TICAD VI with private sector representatives who did not participate in it.
