The World Bank hosted the XIII Meeting of the Global Remittance Working Group in Washington, D.C. on October 11, 2013.

At the meeting participants discussed issues on barriers to access to payment systems and received updates from the GRWG Secretariat and Member countries. The GRWG Secretariat introduced the latest publication of a special purpose note “Barriers to Access to Payment Systems in Sending Countries and Proposed Solutions”.
