Jose Irigoyen, World Bank Director for Water, participated in the World Water Day forum hosted by the Dutch government in the Hague March 22. The forum featured a multi-stakeholder dialogue on water opened by HRH the Prince of Orange and involving CSOs, policy makers, and representatives of the private sector and international organizations. The forum produced a declaration to serve as input for the post-2015 development agenda.
