TICAD V (5th Tokyo International Conference on African Development) will be held on 1-3 June as a forum for summit-level policy dialogue between African leaders and development partners. The World Bank is one of the co-organizers.

TICAD V NGO Contact Group, TICAD V Student Project, and the World Bank Tokyo Office take advantage of this opportunity to jointly organize "Coffee Hour with African Ambassadors", a series of informal lecture and discussion events with Ambassadors, Japanese NGO experts/researchers, African postgraduates studying in Japan and Japanese youth representatives.
