Pursuant to Sanctions Board Decision No. 84 the Sanctions Board denies the request, as filed by Respondents E.C. De Luna Construction Corp. and Mr. Eduardo C. De Luna (respectively, the “Respondent Firm” and “Respondent Owner” and collectively, the “Respondents”) for reconsideration of the sanctions imposed by Sanctions Board Decision No. 4 (2009).
