Shengting Pan is the manager of the Quantitative Strategy and Advisory team, as well as the Performance and Reporting team.
Previously, he was a lead investment officer in Quantitative Strategy team, specialized in strategic asset allocation, quantitative strategies, and portfolio analytics.
He joined QSA in 2007. Prior to joining the Bank, he worked in the capital market and debt management areas in the Treasury department of Washington University. He holds a MBA in Finance, and MS in Information Management from Washington University in St. Louis and is a CFA charter holder.
